Matt understands the game of basketball at a deeper level than most people realize. His passion for the game inspires me to do better in my business. At the end of the day running a team is very much like running a business. He inspires me to look deeper into the motivations of my team. He does a great job in hosting this show so that the casual fan can understand what really goes into coaching and how to implement those ideals into life.
